FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (‘Company’) has on August 31, 2023, acquired 39,78,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par on rights basis of FSN International, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. After the said acquisition, FSN International continues to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company

POWERGRID Appointed Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi worked as Executive Director (HR)
Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, who recently passed away at the age of 56, was a well-respected executive and leader in the Indian business community. Dr. Dwivedi was a seasoned leader with over 33 years of experience, having started his professional journey with Hindalco Industries before joining POWERGRID in 1993.
During his time at POWERGRID, Dr. Dwivedi served as the Executive Director of HR and was responsible for handling challenging and flagship projects. He consistently delivered results in a dynamic business environment and played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business goals and steering the organization’s growth.
Dr. Dwivedi was a business enabler with excellent cross-functional knowledge, high acumen, and great exposure in policy formulations, HR process re-engineering, and other organizational development initiatives. He led various change management initiatives, such as SAP implementation, digitization of HR, readiness for the future of work, and more, with a focus on building an agile and resilient organization.
Dr. Dwivedi was a highly educated individual, with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT Roorkee, a PGDIE from NITIE Mumbai (now IIM Mumbai), a PGDM from MDI Gurgaon, and a Doctorate in Management. In 2017, he represented India and won the prestigious Asian Management Challenge Championship.
Dr. Dwivedi’s passing is a great loss to the business community and his colleagues at POWERGRID. He will be remembered as a dedicated and accomplished executive who made a significant contribution to the growth and success of the organization.

Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh Chauhan comes with about 26 years of experience. He will be joining us from East FM (Radio Africa Group) where he worked as Operations Director. Prior to that, he worked with the Company for about 13 years. He has completed his master’s in business administration from Pune

Mr. Subhasish Pattanaik is a seasoned real estate professional with 15+ years of experience. He joined GPL in 2008 and has worked across multiple functions and geographies through this time. In his last role, he has played an instrumental role in growing the South Zone business both in terms of topline and investments, with the zone crossing a top-line of 2200 Cr. for the first time. Prior to this, he was the Region Head of NCR 1 comprising of Gurugram, Faridabad and Chandigarh regions.
